Turkish Dumplings Recipe
Delicious Turkish dumplings, also known as Manti, served with yogurt and garlic sauce.

Dough
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Water warm
Filling
- 200 grams Ground beef
- 1 small Onion finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Sauce
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Butter melted
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Gradually add warm water, kneading until a smooth dough forms. Cover and let rest for 30 minutes.
2. In another bowl, mix ground beef, chopped onion, salt, and black pepper for the filling.
3. Roll out the dough on a floured surface until thin. Cut into small squares.
4. Place a small amount of filling in the center of each square. Fold and seal the edges to form dumplings.
5. Boil water in a large pot. Cook dumplings in batches until they float to the surface, about 5-7 minutes.
6. For the sauce, mix yogurt and minced garlic. Melt butter and stir in paprika.
7. Serve dumplings with yogurt sauce and drizzle with paprika butter.
