- 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup optional
1. Blend the coconut milk and probiotic capsules in a blender until smooth.
2. Pour the mixture into a clean jar and cover with a cheesecloth.
3. Let it sit at room temperature for 24 hours to ferment.
4. After 24 hours, refrigerate the yogurt for a few hours before serving.
