Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups Vegetable Broth
  • 1 cup Shiitake Mushrooms sliced
  • 1 cup Firm Tofu cubed
  • 1 cup Bamboo Shoots sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Chili Paste
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 inch Ginger minced
  • 2 green onions Green Onions sliced

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 2 minutes.
  2. 2. Add mushrooms, tofu, and bamboo shoots. Cook for 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Pour in vegetable broth, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and chili paste. Bring to a boil.
  4. 4. Stir in cornstarch mixture and cook until soup thickens, about 2 minutes.
  5. 5. Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
