Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups Water
  • 1 cup Diced tofu firm
  • 3 tablespoons Miso paste
  • 1 cup Chopped green onions
  • 1 cup Sliced mushrooms shiitake or button

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a pot, bring water to a boil.
  2. 2. Add diced tofu and sliced mushrooms. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Reduce heat to low. Dissolve miso paste in a small amount of hot water, then add to the pot.
  4. 4. Stir in chopped green onions and cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. 5. Serve hot.
