Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 cup Chopped Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, minced
  • 1 cup Tomato Puree
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • 2 cups Mixed Vegetables (carrots, peas, potatoes, cauliflower)
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onions, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until onions are translucent.
  3. Add tomato puree and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Add coconut milk, mixed vegetables, and all spices. Stir well.
  5. Cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
