Vegetarian Korma Recipe
A rich and creamy vegetarian korma made with a variety of vegetables and a blend of spices.

Main Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 1 cup Chopped Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Ginger, minced
- 1 cup Tomato Puree
- 1 cup Coconut Milk
- 2 cups Mixed Vegetables (carrots, peas, potatoes, cauliflower)
- 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
- 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add onions, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until onions are translucent.
Add tomato puree and cook for 5 minutes.
Add coconut milk, mixed vegetables, and all spices. Stir well.
Cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes until vegetables are tender.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
