- 2 medium Zucchini spiralized

1. Spiralize the zucchini into noodles.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
4. Add zucchini noodles, salt, and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes until tender.
