- 2 cups Zucchini, grated
- 6 Eggs
- ½ cup Milk
- 1 cup Cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and milk together.
Add the grated zucchini, cheese, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the frittata is set and golden on top.
