Zucchini Spaghetti Recipe

- 4 medium Zucchini spiralized
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
- ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- to taste Salt and Pepper
1. Spiralize the zucchini into noodles using a spiralizer.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
3. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
4. Add the cherry tomatoes and cook until they start to soften, about 3 minutes.
5. Add the zucchini noodles to the skillet and toss to combine. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the noodles are tender.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
